Carbonia: the car overturns and touches the cycle path

The front mechanical parts suddenly broke and the car overturned completely, almost invading the cycle / pedestrian path that from the roundabout in via Giovanni Maria Lai, in Carbonia, leads to the state road 126.

The driver, a forty-year-old from Carbonia, was involved in a singular accident this afternoon due to a mechanical failure that occurred suddenly: the arms of the Fiat Qubo he was driving broke off - luckily the car was not moving at high speed - just as it took a half bend. The vehicle therefore overturned. It was held back by the thick flower beds that separate the road from the adjacent cycle / pedestrian path. The driver got out of the window a little with difficulty, realized he had no injuries and in a few minutes was helped by some friends who followed to straighten the car (with tools and arm strength) before it could become an inconvenience for the circulation in an artery of access to the city.
