About 150 activists from “A Foras sa Nato” and Sardigna Natzione met for the "Mediterraneu liberu" demonstration organized at the Capo Frasca ( Arbus ) Air Force shooting range to protest against military servitude in Sardinia. They arrived in dribs and drabs around noon and gathered in the hamlet of Sant'Antonio di Santadi where, around 13.30, they held a meeting.

Two police helicopters flew over the coastal town, while on the ground the agents of the Cagliari Police Headquarters were deployed, supported by the "Sardegna" Mobile Department of Abbasanta and by the Carabinieri of the "Sardinia" Battalion in riot gear, to monitor the two entrances of the base keeping protesters at a distance and preventing anyone from approaching the gates.

The situation is calm, without tension.
