New landing of migrants on the coast of Sardinia.

16 North African citizens - including a woman - who landed with a small boat on the coast of Calasetta were tracked down by the carabinieri.

The military intercepted the group in the Maccori Nido dei Passeri area. The boat, however, was not found.

All in good health conditions, the migrants were accompanied by a vehicle from the company affiliated with the Prefecture of Cagliari to the Monastir reception center.

The escort was carried out by the Carabinieri of the Calasetta station.
