Prestigious recognition for Sicuritalia's private security guards: yesterday afternoon at the Police Headquarters, Antonio Sanna and Mario Buccola received a commendation from Sicuritalia CEO Luigi Ferrara, in the presence of Police Commissioner Rosanna Lavezzaro.

The formal commendations, accompanied by a cash prize, were awarded to the two guards "who distinguished themselves for their high sense of duty, prompt intervention, and unwavering determination demonstrated last September 14 near the ARST station in Piazza Matteotti. On that occasion, Sanna and Buccola performed their utmost "with promptness and operational clarity, providing assistance to a person who had been robbed and assaulted, ensuring his safety and requesting the immediate intervention of emergency medical services and law enforcement," the commendation note emphasizes. "Despite the potentially dangerous situation and the threatening presence of the attackers," Sanna and Buccola "maintained a firm and professional attitude, protecting the safety of those present and contributing with exemplary civic duty to the success of the police operation. "The intervention of Sanna and Buccola," the motivation reads, "represents an example of commendable dedication to service, courage and a high spirit of collaboration with the police."

Yesterday's event was attended by Gabriele Dispenza, head of Sicuritalia's Central-Southern operations area, and Dino Marras, head of Sicuritalia's Cagliari branch.
