Two too many planters positioned on the pavement cost eight days of closure at the Novantasei restaurant, in Viale Bonaria in Cagliari.

The application of the regulation by the municipal offices is strict: on May 15th the local police officers drew up a report contesting the positioning of two flower pots in front of the business, for a total of 0.76 square meters in total .

However, the company China Iperstore Srl did not have any authorization. And even flowers, with their vases, are not allowed.

Thus the protest began. The company, according to what was reported by the Municipality, in its reply "generally retained the right to choose regarding the payment of the fine instead of closing the financial year".

A reply that was considered insufficient. Novantasei will have to close from 8 to 16 July inclusive.
