Cagliari, the works in Piazza del Carmine? They end “February 30th”

A so-to-speak creative sign has appeared in Piazza del Carmine , in the center of Cagliari . Some works have been underway for some time and the workers of the company in charge have posted signs to signal the prohibition of parking and the area to remove illegally parked vehicles. So far everything is normal, the problem arises by taking a look at the validity dates of the ban: from 5 September 2022 to 30 February 2023 . The prankster who took the photo added this ironic nursery rhyme to his post:
