Nine million and 766 thousand euros starting price, minimum increase from twenty-five thousand. The historic Panorama hotel in Cagliari , in viale Diaz, is for sale .

The hotel was opened in 1982, and has been closed for almost two years now : the pandemic took care of giving the decisive blow, in an already difficult situation, which heavily affected the revenues, leaving no other choice but that of the composition with creditors.

Now the Panorama is up for auction, with its 2329 square meters of surface , spread over eleven levels, and all its furnishings, furniture, machinery and equipment that have made it, until recently, a point of reference of the hospitality sector of the city.
