The Court of Cassation annulled (with postponement) the seizure order of 53,000 euros which had been ordered against Giacomo Flore, arrested last July together with 17 other Cagliari ultras for brawls and violence committed in the name of the rossoblù colours.

The money was available to the thirty-five year old, who according to the investigators together with two others was at the top of the violent fringe of the Sconvolts group. According to the reconstruction of the Prosecutor 's Office, Flore, defended by the lawyer Riccardo Floris, was in charge of cash management: he was the treasurer and collected the money from the sale of scarves, gadgets and footballers' shirts.

However, the Supreme Court annulled the provision of the Cagliari court on that sum. To justify the seizure, the risk that the money – probably proceeds from the legitimate activity of the sale of club shirts autographed by the players and other things – is at risk of dispersion or used to finance the ultras group, is not enough . The decision was postponed to the Review.
