It will be a closed-off weekend in Gallura starting on the afternoon of September 4th. On the agenda is the wedding of billionaire Brendan Blumer , who is marrying Salvatore Spano from Olbia.

Blumer, 39, the king of cryptocurrencies, purchased the residence of former Saudi Arabian oil minister Ahmed Zaki Yamani in Romazzino last year for €160 million. The billionaire reportedly met his future husband on the Costa Smeralda, when Salvatore Spano worked at the Gucci store. The eve of their wedding was celebrated with a special evening (a table cost €15,000), the Gala Night at the Hotel Cala di Volpe. Blumer and Spano attended the Katy Perry concert with a group of friends, many from Olbia.

The September party will be aboard the Agata ferry , currently in the port of Olbia undergoing a major renovation. The ship will house a stage for Lady Gaga and Coldplay performances , as well as several restaurants. For the evening parties, the ferry will move to Capo Figari and then likely to the Hotel Pitrizza.

The reception will take place on Saturday, September 5th, in San Pantaleo. Shops and restaurants will be reserved for the newlyweds' guests. There's also talk of a concert by Giorgia.
