The Carabinieri of the Radiomobile Section of Cagliari have reported a thirty-four-year-old Senegalese resident in the province of Palermo but actually domiciled in Cagliari and without a fixed abode for serious personal injury .
According to the military , it was he who detached a phalanx from a thirty-one-year-old Gambian during the violent argument two days ago in Piazza del Carmine.
The victim was then taken by 118 to the Brotzu hospital where the third phalanx of his left ring finger was amputated.
After the altercation, the 34-year-old went to be treated at the Santissima Trinità emergency room for minor injuries.
