Caught behind the wheel of the car for the second time without ever having obtained a driving license .

A 19-year-old from Is Mirrionis is in trouble, stopped last night in Cagliari , in via Emilia, by the carabinieri.

The young man, who was driving a Peugeot 208 rented in the name of a parent, was reported for driving without a license with recidivism .
