Cagliari, surprised a second time driving without a license

Again surprised driving without a license, he was still reported on the loose. New troubles for a 30-year-old from Cagliari who last night, aboard a Yamaha T-Max scooter owned by a 28-year-old, was checked in via Stamira by the carabinieri.
