Cagliari, failure of the pipeline of Largo Gennari

Abbanoa's emergency response teams at work in Cagliari to repair a fault in the Largo Gennari pipeline.

"Maneuvers are underway on the network to limit drops in pressure and interruptions in the area by exploiting the secondary connections of the water network", explains a note from the company. He adds: "Thanks to the districtisation of the city's water system, which Abbanoa has carried out in recent years with the installation of special regulating and isolating valves, it is in fact possible to isolate the section concerned".

The service, concludes Abbanoa, will return to full capacity on Thursday afternoon.
