A quarrel, for reasons still to be clarified, ended with a stab: a 54-year-old Sardinian was lightly wounded in the face, while the two attackers, also from Cagliari, were immediately tracked down by agents and accompanied to the police station.
The episode took place in the evening, in Piazza Matteotti in Cagliari. The first to arrive were the policemen of the cars who found the wounded man on the spot: he had a cut on his cheek. Eventually he was accompanied by 118 to the emergency room of the Polyclinic. The investigations, in close collaboration with the Mobile investigators, made it possible to trace the perpetrators of the attack. The two men were thus taken to the offices of the Police Headquarters for the evaluation of the case.
