They wanted to avenge the stabbing that had occurred two days earlier in the Marina, in Cagliari , when one of them - on Friday 26th - had been injured by two Algerians following a degenerate argument. So the three Tunisians, all between 25 and 27 years of age, organized a punitive expedition , returning to the site and "hunting down" the two Algerians.

Once found, they brutally attacked them, beating them and hitting them with knives in the face and chest . They have now been identified and stopped by the State Police, and will have to answer for the crime of attempted murder in conspiracy.

During the investigations, the Flying Squad investigators exploited the images of the video surveillance systems, tracing the three Tunisians, asylum seekers and guests of the Monastir CAS . During the searches carried out in the facility they found the clothes and knives used in the attack, as well as three kilos of marijuana. They are now in the Uta prison, at the disposal of the judicial authorities.
