Request or renew your passport at the post office without going to the police station? In Cagliari, starting tomorrow, it will be possible. The service will be active starting from 6 August for all residents and those who live in the city. Citizens will thus be able to present the documentation directly at the post office counter and will also be able to receive their passport at home.

The service has already been launched in various other municipalities with less than 15 thousand inhabitants, as part of the Polis Project - House of Digital Citizenship Services - promoted by the Government and the Italian Post Office to promote the economic, social and territorial cohesion of the country and overcoming the digital divide in the territories.

Accepting the proposal of the Ministry of the Interior, Poste Italiane has also extended the service to large municipalities, among which that of Cagliari has also been identified. The service will be active in the following post offices: via Francesco Fara 11; via San Benedetto 57/a; via Liguria 36; via Giuseppe Biasi 25; Zagreb street 50; via Simeto 24; via Roma 25; via Stamira 25; viale Poetto 18; viale Trieste 161; via Pasquale Tola 16; via della Pineta 243; via Dante Alighieri 36; via Monte Santo 30; Piazza del Carmine 27; via Salvo D'Acquisto 1 (Pirri); via Enrico Carboni Boi 16.
