Cagliari, pass for Mengoni's concert on New Year's Eve: first the site crashed, then the change of address
Page unreachable since before the opening of the registration procedures. New communication from the Municipality and the system is fixed
The registration procedures for passes for Marco Mengoni's New Year's concert at the Cagliari Fair were not yet open when the Box Office website, the only channel accredited by the Municipality, was already crashed.
The link indicated by the Municipality was https://www.boxofficesardegna.it/ . The green light was scheduled for 4pm today. And when it was 3.51pm the portal showed an unmistakable message: "The page doesn't work". Same situation after the green light.
The cause could be too many accesses by those who want to grab a ticket (up to a maximum of four) for the live show of the Fair on New Year's Eve. In theory, at least 20 thousand spectators are expected. And many, in light of the declarations of the Councilor for Culture Maria Dolores Picciau («No pass holder will be left out») stood in front of PCs and smartphones, to be sure of obtaining the entry ticket. But to no avail.
So at 4.14pm a communication arrived from the Town Hall: the address to connect to became the following:

Here you can access: after an initial phase of selecting the preferred entrance to the Fair, the portal requires sending a code to complete the registration procedures on the site: those who are not registered have to wait a long time, but then they continue. And you get the much desired free ticket.
