He illegally occupied eight square meters of Piazza Yenne, with nine tables and two umbrellas. The "Morrison" , a well-known venue in the center of Cagliari, was sanctioned with eight days of closure and the impossibility of requesting the concession of public land for the next eighteen months.
The local police report, dated December 12th, is the fifth received in recent months : a provision for totally illegal occupation had also arrived at the end of November, at the beginning of September, and at two different times last August.
The Morrison will therefore remain closed from 21st to 28th January inclusive . The year and a half stop to requests for concession, however, is triggered by virtue of the repeat violation.
