Ivo Puddu, the fifty-five-year-old resident of Elmas, involved in the accident this morning at dawn in viale Monastir, just before via del Fangario, is in a coma in the Brotzu intensive care unit.

Initially, the news was spread that the man was traveling on a scooter and had been accidentally hit by a car.

In reality, after investigations carried out by the local police , it emerged that Puddu was walking on foot just before 5am before being hit by a car driven by a young man.
