In those years it was one of the most common cars. But the family members of Manuela Murgia, the sixteen-year-old who was found lifeless in the Tuvixeddu canyon way back in 1995, try anyway: they ask, through social media, if anyone can remember any details related to a White Uno with a dented front part, which then he was wandering around Cagliari.

They are convinced that Manuela did not take her own life, as established by an investigation closed several decades ago. And they have filed a request with the Prosecutor's Office to reopen the investigation.

The family published the symbolic photo of the small car.

«We have had several reports about this car and about some situations related to it», they say , «there were already several reports about this car in '95».

Then, they say, some calls were received. They said: "We saw a white Uno turn outside the gate on Via is Maglias, and throw something inside." But also: " We noticed a white Uno passing near the gate of Via is Maglias before Manuela's body was found." And again, someone had said: «I noticed Manuela getting into a white Uno with serious damage to the front bonnet several times» and «I noticed a white Uno passing under the house several times after Manuela's death».

Now that the case has returned to media attention, someone remembers. The family members report some recent statements they have collected: "It was said that Manuela had argued with two boys who were in possession of a white Uno." And "I remember that we were talking at school about a situation where Manuela was seen arguing with two boys shortly before her death."

The family members would like to "put a full stop on this information!
I don't know whether they are reliable or not", writes the sister, "but in '95 there was already talk of this car. We ask you: do you remember this white Uno with serious damage to the front bonnet, used by several people? Some witnesses at the time gave their statements to the investigators. We ask if there is anyone who remembers or has heard and can provide us with more detailed information."
