A cooking center of a well-known company that operates in the food catering sector for some canteens in the Cagliari area was the subject of an inspection by the Nas of the capital, with the local police station.

During the checks, irregularities were found in the production cycle and structural hygiene problems consisting, among other things, in the variation in the intended use of some rooms and in the lack of routine maintenance of other rooms.

The company was challenged with some administrative sanctions and a warning was given to re-establish the necessary conditions to ensure the correct performance of the services performed as soon as possible.
