Waste oil scattered on the walls of the flower beds used as benches. The exasperation has reached its limit, in the Cagliari district of the Marina, where residents for over a year have been denouncing the presence of groups of young people who, with noises, fights and damage, make evenings and nights unbearable for those who live in the district.

Someone, in these days, in Piazza Sant'Eulalia, has decided to go on the offensive, implementing an extreme action that is not, however, receiving support from many inhabitants.
