Cagliari, illegal tables and chairs in front of the Bastione: closed place
The historic Bistrot in viale Regina Elena did not have the concession for 50 square meters of sidewalk: sanction by the local police
The concession of public land did not exist. But in front of the "Bistrot Il Bastione", on the wide sidewalk, the owner had placed tables, chairs, umbrellas and blackboards. All abusive. For this reason, the business will have to remain closed for eight days, from 17 to 24 April.
There are not only the bar trucks in the sights of the local police of Cagliari . The agents also returned to check compliance with municipal regulations in the areas outside the premises.
On 9 March they presented themselves in viale Regina Elena 3, at the foot of the Bastione. And they found that the company "Eredi Olianas Maria di Alessandro Depau & C. " had no right to occupy the 50 square meters it used to serve customers outdoors.
Thus the fine was triggered. The statement was not contested. The municipal service of productive activities has only accepted the request that came from the owners: let us close between Easter and May 1st. Application accepted.
