Brawl with beating in the night in the Marina district, in Cagliari . The umpteenth episode of violence took place around one between via Baylle and via Sicilia, where a group – witnesses speak of about ten people – surrounded and beat a young man of around twenty.
According to what was told by those who witnessed the scene , the young man, a North African foreigner, would have raided an alcohol administration room in the area, unleashing chaos: he would also have used pepper spray.
Hence the vehement reaction of a group of those present. The 20-year-old was chased and beaten, with kicks that reached him even while he was on the ground.
The screams attracted the attention of the residents, unfortunately accustomed to witnessing such scenes in the neighborhood. Someone called the police.
In the meantime, some passers-by intervened to help the twenty-year-old, who continued to threaten his opponents. But he was turned away.
