Seven complaints for bankruptcy and seizures for 2.6 million euros . This is the result of the investigation by the Guardia di Finanza of Cagliari, whose nucleus of the Economic and Financial Police concluded the investigations against a cooperative that operates in the building construction sector, based in the province.

The investigative operations arose from the deepening of the position of the company, declared in a state of insolvency and placed in compulsory administrative liquidation: through a guardianship contract - in relation to which the fraudulent nature is disputed - it would in fact, in reality, have continued the its corporate activity, hiding behind a new legal entity with the same corporate structure and object. In this way he would have diverted the financial resources, means and equipment of the subject in liquidation in his favor with evident prejudice to the creditors.

A facilitation provided by the liquidator was also hypothesized.

Seven people reported (mostly members of the board of directors of the "new cooperative") were seized furniture, current accounts, moving vehicles and work vehicles for a total value of approximately 2.6 million euros.
