Moments of tension tonight in via Roma in Cagliari.

A 38-year-old Algerian damaged a shop owned by a foreigner and when local police officers arrived he reacted by holding a bottle of beer and lashing out at the policemen and three plainclothes financiers. He threatened everyone with death.

The 38-year-old reached the shop again, further damaging it before being fatally blocked.

He continued with his violent attitude and at the end at the disposal of the prosecutor he was arrested for threats and resistance to a public official and for damage.
