The story dates back to about three years ago and began with the complaint from the little girl's father to the police station. The parents had noticed that something was wrong, they had noticed strange behavior in the little girl who in the end had told about the "games" that that friend , who everyone had always trusted up to that point, made her play. The man allegedly managed to get the little girl to undress and then photographed her .

The investigations were carried out immediately, conducted by the Oristano flying squad (led by deputy commissioner Samuele Cabizzosu) who accurately managed to put all the pieces together despite the 70-year-old managing to make his mobile phone disappear . The phone was never found, the man always declared that he lost it in a supermarket but the investigators' hypothesis is that he managed to get rid of it as soon as he became aware of the investigation against him. Especially since in that period he had also moved away from Sardinia. In the end, however, the Mobile men closed the circle; up until now there had never been a precautionary custody order, the result was a direct sentence of 4 years and 6 months . A few weeks ago the execution of the judge's order: the doors of the Massama prison opened for the 70-year-old.
