Bonorva, robbery with rifle and balaclava: two arrests

Two Nuoro farmers arrested by the Carabinieri of the Bonorva company: the accusation is that of being the authors of a robbery that took place last February 28 in a countryside in the locality of Santa Lucia in Bonorva.

According to investigators, the two, armed with a pistol and a rifle and with their faces covered by balaclavas , had threatened an elderly man who was at the entrance to his estate and had taken possession of his vehicle and cell phone.

The arrest warrant, issued yesterday by the investigating judge of the Sassari Public Prosecutor's Office, came after months of investigations carried out by the military of the Arma.

During some searches of the two farmers, the balaclavas and weapons, legally held, compatible with those used during the robbery were found. The two are now under house arrest with the electronic bracelet.
