Bonnanaro mourns Tonino Marras . The former mayor of the small town of Meilogu passed away today at the age of 76 .

Born on May 4, 1947, he occupied the most coveted seat for a legislature from 2015 to 2020, winning the elections at the head of the "Bonnanaro Insieme" list.

A great lover of the culture and archeology of Sardinia, in his life he held the position of teacher of lower secondary schools before concluding his school career as principal.

Lately he was involved in a committee against wind turbines in the Meilogu territory . He had also edited the book on Bonnanaro for the series on the municipalities of Sardinia for Carlo Delfino.
