"We are continuing the path undertaken in recent years, in an attempt to plan hunting activity in time and guarantee certainties for Sardinian hunters - commented the regional councilor for environmental protection, Marco Porcu - This year for the census of hares and partridges we collaborate with the National Authority for Dogs, which, through the use of pointing dogs, will allow us to monitor a greater territorial area and have a well-defined picture of the presence of wild species that are the object of hunting. Furthermore, thanks to a series of scientific studies, we were able to identify, with greater precision, the periods of the beginning of pre-nuptial migration of wild species".
