A Sardinian bartender among the finalists of "Lady Amarena", the national competition dedicated to "mixology", or the art of preparing cocktails, which has been held since 2015 on the initiative of Fabbri 1905.

This is Francesca Aste, a 30-year-old originally from Carloforte, who reached the final stage of the award thanks to her Banksy Martini, inspired by one of the most famous works of the "mysterious" artist. That is, the little girl with the balloon.

Aste began taking his first steps in the world of catering at a very young age, in Sardinia, and then refined himself professionally in Milan. «After five years – he explains – I decided, together with my partner, partner in life and work, to return to Sardinia. My goal is to satisfy, amaze and make guests feel at home. I believe that, in life, everything must have a meaning or a motivation, even in the cocktails I propose there is always a story or a feeling."

The cocktail that took her to the final tells a feminine story of hope, love and sharing: a balloon, as in Banksy's famous work, is firmly tied to the glass via an Amarena Fabbri, «which combines hope and Love".

The final is scheduled for November 28th at the Park Marriot Hotel in Rome, which will also host the IBA (International Bartender Association) World Cocktail Championship and the AIBES (Italian Bartender Association) National Competition until December 1st.
