Road accident on the Orientale ramp leading to the junction for Bari Sardo and Loceri . A Volkswagen Golf crashed a few meters after entering the ramp, on a downhill stretch: the white sedan hit the guardrail at high speed.
In the crash the car turned over, with the front part completely destroyed, facing in the opposite direction of travel . The driver, a man resident in Sestu , was rescued and transported to the Nostra Signora della Mercede hospital in Lanusei. His condition is not serious.
The Tortolì firefighters and the carabinieri of the Lanusei company operated at the site of the accident, which occurred around 11.15 am today, while Anas personnel temporarily closed the gate to facilitate rescue operations and restore safety conditions of the road.
