Violation of the rules of use, transport and loading of LPG cylinders, violation of the prohibition of free camping and lighting fires close to the beach of Bados: these are the main elements of the file on the death of little Samuel Imbuzan , who died on 31 August in Olbia in a tragic fire .

In essence , manslaughter is assumed (for now by unknown persons) because the camper in which the 10-year-old Rimini boy died could not be parked in Bados and no one should have and could have lit a small camping kitchen in the area . But the carabinieri (Olbia Territorial Department and Olbia Centro Station) are also looking for the dealer of the six cylinders seized after the tragedy . Dealers in the Gallura city have been consulted, it is hypothesized that a LPG cylinder will be loaded with gas beyond the maximum permitted threshold .

The cylinder from which the deadly blaze of several meters started could have been purchased in Romania. Prosecutor Sara Martino is evaluating the conduct of the victim's parents (to whom, for now, no objection has been made). Samuel's parents have entrusted the task of assisting them to the lawyer Antonello Desini who released a statement: «We have the utmost confidence in the work of the Procura di Tempio and the Carabinieri. My clients do not accuse anyone and we have never stated that there are people who have fled Olbia to avoid investigations. Instead, we asked to be heard as eyewitnesses of what happened and we are available to the magistrates ».

Samuel's funeral will probably be celebrated next Sunday in Rimini , his father will also be present, who is now hospitalized in the Burn Center in Cesena.
