He tried to break into a man's home in Carloforte during the night, but was discovered and arrested by the carabinieri.

A 41-year-old local, unemployed and with previous charges against him, ends up in handcuffs for crimes of aggravated trespassing and unjustified possession of instruments capable of offending.

It happened in Vico Napoli around 3 am: military checks revealed that the man, shortly before, had damaged the French window of the home of a 44-year-old Senegalese, in order to enter that house.

The arrested person was found in possession of a 19 cm long switchblade, which was subjected to seizure.

The arrested was then taken to his home under house arrest and pending the celebration of the direct rite set for today morning at the Court of Cagliari.
