Assemini, head-on in the night: two injured in code red

Crash during the night in Assemini with two injured people transported to hospital under code red.

The accident occurred around 1am in Via Is Canadesus where a Fiat 500 and an Opel Astra collided head-on for reasons still under investigation.

The Cagliari firefighters intervened on site and removed a girl who had been stuck from the passenger compartment, entrusting her to the 118 rescuers and then made the cars safe.

The Sanluri traffic police were present, within their jurisdiction, and carried out the investigations.
