Assemini, Enel worker steals monitors at the headquarters and sets fire to a van

The Carabinieri of Selargius reported a 23-year-old Enel worker from Assemini, with a clean record, and a 24-year-old originally from Isili, homeless, unemployed, known to the police, for damage following fire, aggravated theft and receiving stolen goods.

Thanks to the images of the video surveillance systems and some testimonies, it was discovered that the former stole and then set fire to a van inside the Enel plants in the Pill'e Matta area.

Instead, she had put some monitors for sale on specialized sites that her partner had stolen right from the Enel headquarters.
