Assemini: abuse and sexual violence for almost 20 years, a nightmare ended for a woman

Almost 20 years of mistreatment that also resulted in sexual violence . Nightmare ended for a woman who is now, together with her children, in a protected location and her ex-partner has been taken by the carabinieri to a cell in Uta.

Against the man, a 60-year-old resident of Assemini , the Gip of the Cagliari court issued an application order for pre-trial detention in prison following the lawsuit presented by the ex-partner.

The investigations confirmed what she said: since 2005 she had suffered physical and psychological violence even in the presence of her minor children.

The Carabinieri of Villanova carried out the order together with colleagues from the Radiomobile.
