The investigating judge of the Tempio Tribunal, Marco Contu, sentenced Mohamedym Dkhili (31 years old) to two years and eight months in prison, and Amine Khemissi (26 years old) to two years and ten months in prison , the two young men of Tunisian nationality accused of having attempted to rape a girl from Arzachena .

The facts are from October 2023, gang rape is also contested. The victim was attacked while she was with a friend, in the center of Arzachena. Khemissi allegedly blocked and threatened the boy: " If you move I'll kill you ." Mohamedym Dkhili, instead, allegedly tried to undress the girl and pulled down his underwear, showing his genitals.

The girl, according to the investigations, managed to free herself and escape . The two young Tunisians are defended by the criminal lawyer Giampaolo Murrighile, the victims have joined the civil action and are assisted by the lawyers Antonello Desini and Daniela Peru.
