Arrested for drugs during Sartiglia, he pleads for three years and four months

Two weeks ago, during the Sartiglia, he was arrested because he was found in possession of drugs. This morning a 25-year-old, originally from Narbolia but resident in Oristano, appeared in court in Oristano and agreed to a plea deal of three years and four months.

Judge Marco Mascia ratified the agreement reached between the prosecutor Sara Ghiani and the defender Roberto Martani.

The young man had been stopped by the Financial Police of Oristano, in collaboration with dog units and the Green Basques of Cagliari. The military had arrested the young man, already known to the police, while he was trying to deal. During the house search, the military found and seized 150 grams of marijuana, 140 grams of cocaine, ketamine and ecstasy and over 4 thousand euros in cash. On the sachets there was also the slogan "good Sartiglia".
