The autopsy on the body of Gaia Costa, the twenty-four-year-old from Tempio who was hit and killed by an SUV on Tuesday morning in Porto Cervo, has been postponed: the tests were due to be held tomorrow, but will not be performed before next Wednesday .

Meanwhile, the woman who was driving the car, Vivian Spohr, 51, a German national and the wife of Lufthansa CEO Carsten Spohr, has been placed under investigation on charges of vehicular homicide. She has appointed Sardinian lawyer Angelo Merlini as her defense attorney. She has already returned home to Germany.

In view of the autopsy, he would have also indicated a consultant: the indication would have fallen on Ernesto D'Aloja , director of forensic medicine at the AOU of Cagliari.
