Thousands of visitors to the fifth edition of "Lagune Aperte", at its headquarters in Tortolì. A celebration of local culture and traditions, with a special focus on music, gastronomy and craftsmanship.

The Tortolì fishermen's cooperative, made up of 40 members, has always been attentive to environmental awareness and education. Aware of the fact that more plastic has been produced in the last ten years than in the entire twentieth century, he invited all exhibitors to adopt ecological practices by eliminating plastic.

The motto of this year's event is "zero plastic, let's save our seas". The offer was not limited to gastronomic specialties of the sea and land, such as grilled fish, pasta with clams, oysters, fried food, sandwiches with meat, purpuzza, but also piadine, suckling pig, kebabs, many Ogliastra craft beers, wines restaurants, typical desserts and a dedicated Aperol-Campari corner for aperitif lovers.
