Six injured, the most serious a 12-year-old girl who is at the Santissima Annunziata in Sassari in a reserved prognosis.

This is the balance of the accident that occurred in the last stretch of the two-lane road, the straight that leads to the entrance to the town of Stintino.

The collision, head-on, took place between a Fiat Panda in which a family of 4 was traveling, and a Citroen C3 hired by a couple of tourists.

From the first reconstruction it seems that the cause was an invasion of the lane by the driver of the Panda, a migrant who has lived in Stintino for some time. The man - who sustained minor injuries - said he lost control of the vehicle due to an insect entering the passenger compartment.

His wife and two daughters, one aged 12 and the second aged 5, traveled with him in the Panda. The latter was slightly injured in the shoulder while the eldest suffered head trauma and abdominal trauma. She was rescued and transferred to Sassari with the helicopter rescue. The carabinieri and the urban police of Stintino were on site for the reliefs of the law.
