Ambulance overturns on the Sassari-Alghero road: three injured, the ambulance intervenes

Serious accident on the Statale 291 which connects Sassari with Alghero.

An ambulance with a patient on board overturned along the four-lane road , at kilometer 7.8 in the direction of Alghero, near Bancali.

Three of the wounded were transported to the Santissima Annunziata hospital with the 118 helicopter rescue service , they are the two ambulance operators and the patient they were transporting.

The fire brigade and the traffic police were on site, the cause of the accident has yet to be ascertained. Traffic delays, which proceeds in one lane .
