The longest road in the world was the protagonist of the Rally in Alghero. Sixty kilos of Cappelli wheat semolina from Molino Sulis in Samugheo and 40 kilos of cow's milk and pecorino cheese from the Pittinuri farm, in Santa Caterina in the province of Oristano, cooked in a large pot with over 50 liters of Cuglieri oil. All with a pouring of over 25 kilos of excellent honey from the 'Mieleggiando' company of Giandomenico Pinna of Dualchi and that's it. Once again the Coldiretti Sardegna Rally Village is a record-breaker. Reached 101 meters and 80 centimetres, more than what was achieved in Olbia last year.

It was one of the most anticipated events in the village of Coldiretti which is animating the parc fermé of the cars participating in the Italy-Sardinia stage of the world event. Premises widely respected with hundreds of visitors who were able to taste the delicacy of 2 thousand portions of the Guinness world record seada. The measurement by the leaders of Coldiretti Sardinia, Battista Cualbu and Luca Saba, with the representatives of the association's territories in the splendid setting of the 30 Coldiretti stands which in four days staged many events in Alghero with its market producers Friendly Campaign for all of Sardinia, conferences and insights on agri-food, consumption, food trends and even games for the little ones, lots of music and tastings of all kinds with a common thread, good 100% Sardinian zero kilometer food.

To produce and cook the longest seada in the world it took the hands of the 'La Corte del Cacciatore' farmhouse of Mario Andrea Puggioni, from Sassari, with the help of a total of 20 people who have worked hard since the afternoon to put together a delicious production of Sardinian culture, thanks to the contribution of the staff of Coldiretti, Campagna Amica, the young people and women of the association.

«This record is not only a moment organized within our village at the rally to entertain the many curious people who have approached, today and on all the days of the event, in our space, but it also wants to represent a message to remember how much it is important to defend the excellence of our tradition made with entirely Sardinian products from our excellent producers", underlined the president and director of Coldiretti, Battista Cualbu and Luca Saba .
