Tavolara Bay's lawyers (Fabio Varone and Gian Luca Aste) have appealed the seizure order for Villa Joy. The Cala Finanza case will therefore be heard before the Tempio Pausania Review Court.

The hearing has been scheduled for September 7th. The defense of the Sardinian-Brazilian real estate company has had the opportunity to examine all the documents. The Tempio Prosecutor's Office's underlying hypothesis is that Villa Joy was improperly used as a hospitality facility (restaurant and service center). Everything revolves around the Zes Unica authorization (issued and then revoked by the Presidency of the Council of Ministers), the document on the basis of which Tavolara Bay operated in Cala Finanza.

If the Sardinian Regional Administrative Court were to overturn the revocation of the SEZ, the investigation would suffer a severe blow. It should be noted that the Sardinian-Brazilian company, represented by lawyers Gian Comita Ragnedda and Marcello Clarich, has challenged the national government's decision. It should also be noted, however, that the Tempio Pausania Public Prosecutor's Office maintains that the SEZ is unlawful because it was granted despite the opposing opinions of the Region, the Province of Gallura, the Municipality of Loiri, and several state agencies.

Regarding the archaeological site of Punta La Greca, the Sassari Superintendency never raised the issue of protecting the area during the Service Conferences. The documents also reveal that, contrary to persistent reports from various sites, there has been no discharge of sewage from Villa Joy.
