A young man on a scooter, making home deliveries, was hit last night in Alghero in via Leonardo Da Vinci, by a car that then, immediately after the terrible accident, disappeared.

There were three people on board a BMW, they did not stop to help him: after continuing their journey for a few meters, damaging five parked cars, they abandoned the vehicle and disappeared on foot.

The boy, born in 2002, after being hit, flew and hit his head against the window of a house on the ground floor , then remained on the asphalt. The motorbike was destroyed. The rider was rushed to the Civil Hospital: he was conscious, he is hospitalized with a reserved prognosis and his life is not in danger, but the trauma he suffered is significant .

The carabinieri immediately began looking for those responsible, the three were tracked down and taken to the barracks during the night. The driver of the vehicle arrested is a boy born in 2001. From what we learn, the BMW had been stolen .
