Alghero, kicks and punches outside the nightclub: four convictions for serious injuries

Four convictions against four defendants for serious injuries.

Today in court in Sassari the sentence pronounced by judge Sara Pelicci for an incident that occurred in Alghero in 2015. When four people, from Sassari, allegedly hit two others, also from the Turritan capital, outside a nightclub, where a a party, with kicks and punches causing at least one of the two significant physical damage.

An attack justified by the defendants as an attempt to defend another individual who, so they say, was bullied by the two offended parties . For three of them, aged 30, 29 and 28, the judge ordered a two-year prison sentence with a suspended sentence while for the 26-year-old, however, she decreed one year and six months.

Finally, as compensation, the established provision is 2 thousand euros. Defending the four are lawyers Paolo Fais, Salvatore Galleri, Patrizia Marcori and Umberto Carboni. The civil parties were represented by the lawyer Lorenzo Galisai.
