Alghero case: yes to the rapid procedure to guarantee discounted flights

Towards a positive solution to the case involving the Alghero airport which was excluded from the offers of the airlines after the envelopes were opened on 27 December last. "We are moving towards a rapid procedure that guarantees public service obligations in the routes of territorial continuity", explained the councilor for transport Antonio Moro at the end of the videoconference summit with the Ministry of Transport and ENAC convened precisely to resolve the critical issues related to the Riviera del Corallo port of call.

The Ministry and the National Civil Aviation Authority have shared this procedure which, through the Italian representation in Brussels, will be brought to the attention of the European Commission. As for the sale of tickets to Cagliari and Olbia, "it will be immediately authorized as soon as the necessary administrative checks have been completed"
