Alarm for an overpass at risk of collapse: Buddi Buddi closed

A deep and ever-widening fissure as the hours went by, which ripped through the asphalt of the Buddi Buddi, in the section of the overpass near the Graziella bar, in the direction of Sassari . The road was declared at risk of collapse and was immediately closed.

This is the result of the inspection carried out this morning on the provincial road by technicians from the Municipality of Sassari, local police officers and firefighters, after reports from some motorists who spoke of strong vibrations when passing vehicles.

That crack in the roadbed, according to what is learned, had been there for some time. But in the last few hours it has widened, making traffic dangerous.

Inspections are underway on the stability of the infrastructure, while traffic will be diverted and two lanes will be opened on a currently one-way stretch.
