His ex-wife had reported him, he was accused of abusing his 8-year-old daughter. A man residing in a center of coastal Gallura (school bus driver) was acquitted by the gup Marco Contu, at the end of a procedure celebrated with the abbreviated rite.

The disputes against the accused (45 years old) were heavy, the Prosecutor hypothesized (based on the accusations of the former partner) a series of episodes of sexual violence, which took place at the end of 2018. The man's defenders, the lawyers Jacopo Merlini and Pasquale Ramazzotti, during the investigation conducted a series of activities that determined the outcome of the proceeding. In fact, the alleged victim of the violence, heard with the precautions envisaged for the hearings of minors, denied the mother by providing versions of the facts at the center of the trial that cleared the father.

Subsequently, a psychologist signed a report certifying the child's full capacity to testify. Despite all the elements in the man's defense, the proceedings continued until the request for indictment.

Yesterday, however, the accusatory framework changed radically, in fact the prosecutor asked for the man's acquittal. It must be said, the request arrived only now, while the complaints have long been unfounded. The indictments of Merlini and Ramazzotti helped to close the case. The man pledged, in another proceeding, to harass a girl.
